Installation Instructions and Compatibility

Before purchasing, buyers should carefully examine the installation and wiring instructions depicted in the provided images. Exercise caution if you lack experience in installation to avoid potential problems such as product malfunction or incompatibility due to incorrect purchases. The base can only be attached with a maximum of 2 to 5 wires, and connections with 6 to 8 wires are not suitable.

Compatible Systems

• Conventional Single-Stage Heating: Compatible with gas, oil, or electric furnaces and ventilation and air conditioning systems, supporting up to 1 heat and 1 cool.
• Note: This thermostat does not work for multistage heating and cooling, HVAC central air conditioner heat pump systems, or with auxiliary or emergency heating. It is also not suitable for dual fuel/hybrid heating, mini split systems, 12V RV thermostats, electric baseboard heat, convectors, radiant ceiling heat, or 3-wire hydronic (hot water).

• Simple Thermostat: Ideal for controlling the temperature in a room within a conventional single-stage system, supporting 1 heat and 1 cool.
• Easy to Set and Read: Features a digital thermostat with a temperature display range of 41°F to 95°F and a control range of 44°F to 90°F. A large, clear, white backlit digital display is very suitable for middle-aged and elderly people.
• Seperate Heating and Cooling Swing (Cycle Rate): Adjusts the temperature open time to either prolong or shorten it, making comfortable temperatures while reducing energy usage and savings on annual heating and cooling costs. Reference manual page 14.
