Before purchasing this valve, please ensure that the water pressure is at 0. If the water pressure is not at 0, the valve will not cut off the water flow. When the system starts, turn on the water, and when the system stops, cut off the water. This valve is suitable for food quality and can be used in reverse osmosis water systems, among others. It is normal for the valve to become hot while in operation due to the presence of numerous coils inside. This is a safe and normal occurrence. The highest temperature at which this product can safely operate is 60℃, and the plastic part can withstand extremely high temperatures up to 150℃. The solenoid valve has a quick connect feature and a 1/4" DC 12V size. The operation mode is normally closed (N/C), meaning it turns on the water when the system starts and cuts off the water when the system stops. The working pressure range is 0-0.5Mpa, and the rated power is 4.8W.
